NSS Special Camp of SPC Puttur inaugurated at Odya, Panaje

Puttur: The inaugural function of Annual Special Camp of National Service Scheme of St Philomena College Puttur was held in DKZP Upper Higher Primary School Odya, Panaje of Puttur Taluk on December 26, 2017.

 

The former President of SDMC of the School Mr. Gopalakrishna Bhat Kakekocchi inaugurated the camp and said, ‘NSS camp provides unique experience to the students, which will be very useful in their future life.’

The President of SDMC Mr. Srikrishna Bhat Batyamoole, Head Mistress of the School Mrs. Manjula M N, former Officer of Indian Air Force Mr. Ramanatha Rai Padyabettu and Graduate Teacher of the School Mr. Usman participated as the chief guests.

The Principal Prof. Leo Noronha presided over the programme. The Camp Officers Ms. Shashiprabha B and Mr. Danya P T coordinated the programme.

Ms. A Gunashri Shetty performed the prayer. The NSS Officer Mr. Madhusudan N welcomed the gathering. Ms. Rakshitha R proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Harinakshi S R compered the programme.
