Nidhi M Shetty to represent Udupi at national level Javelin throw tourney

Udupi: A student from Udupi has been selected for national level Javelin throw tournament after she won the gold medal in a state level tournament.

Nidhi M Shetty, a class 10 student of Shantiniketan English medium school Alevoor had won gold in the state level Javelin throw tournament held in Mandya. With this win, she will get to represent Udupi at the national level tournament to be held in New Delhi.

She is the daughter of Manohar Shetty and Anitha M Shetty from Chitpady.

The convenor of her school Alevoor Dinesh Kini and Principal Roopa D Kini has congratulated her for her acheivement.
