One fisherman missing in Hejmady

Udupi : In an unfoirtunate incident, one fisherman was missing in Hejmady near Padubidri on Sunday. After returning back from fishing, one fisherman from Hejemady, Tarun (25), son of Naveen Bangera was missing, when the boat was over turned due to strong waves of the sea.

Four other fishermen, who were in the same boat were rescued by nearby boatmen after their boat was over turned. Padubidri station police are investigating the case.

There has been increase in fishermen losing their life. It is high time authorities take p[recaution to prevent these type of incidents.
