Our Lady of Mount Carmel Feast was celebrated at Carmel shrine, Katkare

Kundapur, July 18: The priest of Carmel monastery celebrated the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the patron of Carmel shrine at Katkare, Koteshwara.

 

 Very Rev Fr Pius James Dsouza, the religious Episcopal priest of Mangalore diocese Carmel monastery offered the Holy mass. In his message he said, “Our lady of mount Carmel listens to all our grievances. She is a kind hearted mother. Let us receive grace from Mother Mary and Jesus Christ. Also Let us be kind to others also”.

Rev Fr Anil Dsouza the Dean of Kundapur Denary, the chief of Katkare shrine Rev Fr Felix Moras and many others participated in the Holy Mass.

Rev Fr Vincent Dsouza of Koteshwara church, Rev. Fr. William Miranda of Katkare Church and Rev. Fr. Wilfred Frank were present in  the function. Rev Fr Rayan Pais led the choir. Rev Fr Felix Moras proposed vote of thanks. Many religious sisters and devotees were present in this programme.
