Podar Jumbo Kids celebrate Kidslympic

Mangaluru: Podar Jumbo Kids, here celebrated Kidslympic - annual sports meet on the theme 'Together We Can Win Always' at the Tannirbavi Beach on December 4 from 4.30 pm onwards.

Chief guest K L Ganesh, inspector of police, DCRE inaugurated the promgramme by releasing air balloons. Children of nursery, junior KG and senior KG participated in activities like parachute play, gymnastics, handkerchief dance and Pom Pom dances enthusiastically which helped in the development of their fine and gross motor skills.

Highlight of the event was participation of parents and grandparents in varius races.

In 'Kidslympic' there are no first, second, third prizes. After all, the only race that our kids need to be in is the 'human race'.

Podar Jumbo Kids has adopted EYFS (Early Year Foundation Stage), which is a curriculum framework of the United Kingdom. It is deep rooted in development of appropriate practices.
