Poojary demands CM Siddarammaiah to resign

Mangaluru: Former MP and senior Congressman Janardhan Poojary has again embarassed his party men. In a new statement, which will create conroversy for sure, he has said that Chief Minister Siddarammaiah must quit and he should be replaced either by Home Minister G Parameshwar, Energy Minister DK Shivakumar or former CM SM Krishna.

Addressing media persons at Press Club on October 31, Monday, Poojary said that the future of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah looks uncertain. He also revealed that the Congress would fail to return to power in the coming elections due to CM Siddaramaiah and some of his cabinet colleagues.

Poojary appreciated social activist SR Hiremath for exposing JD(S) supremo HD Devegowda and his son Kumaraswamy who are allegedly involved in illegally acquiring 110 acres of land worth Rs 220 crores and demanded investigation on the issue.
