Punjab Da Pind hosts International Biryani Festival

Mangaluru: Punjab Da Pind Restaurant is hosting a month long International Biryani Festival from 1st to 30th April 2017. The festival is open for both lunch (12 am to 3.30 pm) and dinner (7 pm to 11 pm) at Punjab Da Pind Restaurant.

The A La Carte Menu of the festival features 15 exotic Biryanis such as Filipino Biryani (from Philippines), Panang Biryani (from Thailand), Jamaican Biryani, Korean Biryani and Malaysian Biriyani, Singapore Biryani, the restaurants promoter Suresh Bhandaary has said.

There are also all time favourites like Kashmiri Biryani, Lucknowi Biryani and Bombay Biryani as well as inspired regional preparations like Pulimunchi Biryani, Bhatkali Biryani, Konkani Biryani and Ghee Roast Biryani.

Both vegetarian and non vegetarian are on offer. The vegetarian choices include Paneer, Mushroom and Soya. The non vegetarian choices are in Chicken, Mutton, Fish and Prawns, he added.

Six exciting mock tails such as Mango Tango, Guava Pind, Zombie Punch and Golden Gate are a part of the festival menu.

Punjab Da Pind Restaurant, Mangalore is a unit of Bhandary Hospitality, promoted by Suresh Bhandaary, a young entrepreneur with a passion for food industry. He is also the promoter of Kusuma Bhandary Construction Pvt Ltd., a leading infrastructure company.

Bhandary Hospitality will shortly be opening three new outlets, namely Mumbai Street (Veg Casual Dining), Bombay Baadshah (Beverage Hub offering Falooda, lassi, fresh cream juice, Cream Parlour) and Punjabi Ghasitaram Bambaiwala (Sweet Center), according to the firm’s media release.
