Rahul Gandhi to campaign in Bantwal on April 27

Bantwal: AICC President Rahul Gandhi will be visiting Bantwal on April 27 for election campaigning, informed B Ramanatha Rai, DK District in-charge Minister and Congress candidate from Bantwal.

Rahul who will arrive on April 27 morning will address a public meet near the Jodumarga Park near BC Road. Rai said there was no confusion over ticket distribution in the party in the district and struck a note of optimism when he said that the party would win all eight constituencies in DK.

He described the BJP as a divided house and added that the dissidents in BJP were in touch with the Congress.

DCC Chief Harish Kumar, MLC Ivan D’Souza, Ibrahim Kodijal, A C Vinayraj and others were present.
