Ravi Belagere chosen for Vaddarse Raghuram Shetty award

Udupi: Ravi Belagere, editor of tabloid, 'Hai Bangalore' has been chosen for this year's award being bestowed on journalists backed by appreciable achievements instituted in the name of former editor of 'Mungaru' daily, the late Vaddarse Raghuram Shetty, who is considered among finest journalists ever. This award is being given by Brahmavar Press Club annually.

The awards ceremony will be held on July 23 at Buntara Bhavana, Brahavar. Karnataka Lokayukta, Justice Vishwanath Shetty, ministers, Ramesh Kumar, Pramod Madhwaraj and a number of other dignitaries will grace the ceremony.
