Russian actress Anna Ardova visits Udupi for ayurvedic treatment

Udupi: Anna Ardova, a Russian film actress visited Udupi for 12-day long aurvedic treatment. She is regarded as one of the finest actresses of Russia. She is known for her work in films like Vysotsky: Thank God I'm Alive (2011), Snow Queen (2012) and All Inclusive 2 (2011). She was also awarded the best leading women role for her performance in a comedy program in the year 2010.

Anna Ardova said that it is her first visit to India. Speaking about Indian films and programs, she said that in her childhood, she used to rush to watch Indian movies as it was famous in Russia. She also said that she is fan of Kannada legendary actor Dr Rajkumar.

"Some years ago, I suffered from pancreatitis. One of my best friends introduced me to the India Ayurveda course for 3 month which magically cured my pancreatitis. Years ago I started doing yoga and came to know its significance. I never had so amazing treatment and rest in my life. I wish I come next time for more days," she said.

Anna Ardova was in the city to undergo twelve-day panchakarma treatment at Gosval Pancha Karma and Health Resort, Moolur in Kaup.
