SSLC student commits suicide over studies pressure

Karkala: There has been increase in students commiting suicide in Karnataka. In a tragic incident, a SSLC student hailing from Borgalgudde ended her life by hanging herself at her house.

The deceased has been identified as Pratiksha. She was an SSLC student at a local private school.
Study related stress is said to be the reason behind her taking the extreme step.

Karkala rural police have registered a case.
