Science Club of Milagres English Medium School Kallianpur organises ‘Sci-Xplore’

Udupi: The science club of Milagres English Medium School Kallianpur organised “Sci-Xplore 2018’, an exhibition of science models.

The exhibition was held in the tri-centenary hall of Milagres Cathedral. It was inaugurated by Prof Lakshman K, HOD of Chemistry Department of Mangalore University. Children from various schools visited the exhibition.

The models were the fruit of the scientific mind of students of primary and high school under the able guidance of the staff. Models relating to Physics, Biology, Maths, Chemistry and Social science were displayed. Many working models thrilled the visitors. The students also explained the mode of the working of models.

The purpose of the exhibition was to help the students use their critical mind to explore newer ways of presenting the knowledge they gain in class and use it practically.

Nelson D Souza and Pavana of Einstein Clubs along with the help of other staff planned the exhibition.
