Udupi: Popular Kannada actor Shivarajkumar visited Sri Krishna Mutt along with his family, and sought diving blessings. The actor, accompanied by his wife Geeta and daughter Nivedita, also met Paryaya Sri Vishweshateertha Swamiji.

Speaking to reporters, Shiva Rajkumar said, "I have come here for shooting for my film 'Tagaru' at Malpe. We are shooting here for three days. Whenever I come to the coastal region, I always make it a point to come to the Sri Krishna Math. When I come here, I remember my father (Dr Rajkumar) who had shot for a song in the movie 'Bhakta Kanakadasa' here."

"I have immense respect for Sri Vishweshateertha Swamiji. He is a good human being with a simple lifestyle. He treats everyone with equality. He had attended my daughter's wedding and blessed her," he added.
