St Agnes PU College tops at state level throwball tourney

Mangaluru: St Agnes PU College, here won first place at the district level throwball tournament jointly organized by the deputy director, pre-university department, here and Vani PU College, Belthangady.

Six players had been selected for the state level tournament at Chikkaballapura where they emerged victorious having secured the premier spot. Neha Naveen, Aksha and Renisha J Monteiro from the team have qualified to represent the state at the national level tournament scheduled to be held at Telangana.
