St Aloysius College starts new course M Sc Corporate Psychology

Mangaluru: St Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangalore, Department of Psychology will offer M Sc Corporate Psychology, an interdisciplinary and a unique core HR program that combines Psychology, Commerce and Management.

The program covers Human resource management and related fields, Corporate Leadership, Ethics and Governance, Corporate counselling, Assessment. Teaching and learning is through case studies and real life corporate issues, Skills Training lab, Psychometric Testing, seminars, workshops, training sessions, and one semester of Internship and Dissertation.

Eligibility is graduation in Psychology, BBM, B.Com, BHM, BHRD, and BSW from a recognised university. After completion of the course, one can work in the field of recruitment and selection, training and development, as job analysts, corporate counsellors, performance evaluators, market analysts and many more.
