St Mary’s P.U. College Bagged 100% Results in First P.U.C

This is the only college to have obtained this credit

Kundapur, March 31: All students of first P.U.C passed their exams and St. Mary’s college obtained 100% result in examination conducted by Pre-University Educational Board in this academic year (2016-17), - Rev. Fr. Pravin Amrith Martis, the principal of the college announced the result during the parent – teachers’ meeting held at the college auditorium.

 

 

 

Shiny Gloria D’souza got 585 marks and secured first place in commerce section and has thus given an indication of securing high marks in the next year too.

Rev. Fr. Anil D’souza –the convener of the college in his presidential speech said, “Our College is progresssing day by day, the number of students obtaining distinction is also increasing. The credit of this achievement goes to all the staff of our college”.

Pramila Nayak-the chief of the Manish Hospital was present as the chief guest of the function. She encouraged and congratulated all students. The president of Kundapur church welfare committee- Jacob D’souza, donors Victor D’souza, Rainish D Almeida, journalist and writer Bernard D’costa and Manjula Nayar -the Vice principal were present on the dais and congratulated the students.

Sharmila Menezes recited the prayer; Nagaraj Shetty and Joylin Salins read the list of achievers. Preethi Crasta welcomed all, Reshma Fernandis compered the programme.

The list of top achievers:
Commerce section – Navin 579 marks, 96.5%
Pearl: 574 marks 95.66%
Science section: Prathik 574 marks. 95.66%

Science – Joshitha, Ashwin Pinto,
Commerce Section – Rakshith, Pawana, Sandeep
Arts Section - Supritha, Priyel, Rachana


Students who obtained distinction: Vencita, Sharol, Priya, Chaithashri, Benisha, Ashaichithra, Milana, Stephy, Saumya, Carol and Ferdinand.
