St Philomena Annual Feast celebrated at St Philomena College Puttur

Puttur: St Philomena College and St Philomena PU College organized St Philomena Annual Feast on August 11, 2016 in college auditorium.

The Rector of St Joseph’s Seminary Mangalore Very Rev. Fr Joseph Martis participated as the main celebrant. In his message he said, ‘The secret of success is commitment and hard work. Human beings must become ambassadors of mercy and forgiveness. Everyone must have concern to others in the society.’

The Campus Director Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Principal of St Philomena PU College Rev. Fr. Vijay Lobo, Parish Priest of Maril Church Rev. Fr Assisi Almeida, Assistant Priest of Bannur Church Rev. Fr Christopher, Rector of Santhome Guru Mandira Minor Seminary Rev. Fr Mathew, Assistant Rector of Santhome Guru Mandira Minor Seminary Rev. Fr John, Assistant Priest of Mai De Deus Church Rev. Fr Santhosh D’Souza, Warden of St Philomena Boys’ Hostel Rev. Fr Maxim D’Souza and Rev. Fr Peter Serrao participated in this event.

The second part of this programme consisted of various cultural items. The Principal Prof. Leo Noronha, faculty members and the students of St Philomena PU and Degree College have participated in this programme. The Director of Divya Chethana Association Rev. Fr Rithesh Rodrigues coordinated the programme.

Puttur: Divya Chethana Association of St Philomena College and St Philomena PU College Puttur celebrated Annual Feast of Patron St Philomena on August 11, 2017 in college auditorium.

The Parish Priest of Infant Jesus Church Bantwal Rev. Fr Maxim Noronha participated as the main celebrant. In his message he said, ‘Our motto should be my life-my responsibility. Human beings must possess positive attitude and good relationship. Everyone needs to introspect for the attainment success in future life.’

The Correspondent Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto, Campus Director Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Principal of St Philomena PU College Rev. Fr. Vijay Lobo, Parish Priest of Maril Church Rev. Fr Francis Assisi Almeida, Parish Priest of Bannur Church Rev. Fr Prashanth Fernandes, Rector of Santhome Guru Mandira Minor Seminary Rev. Fr Mathew, Retired Priest Rev. Fr Peter Serravo, Rev. Fr Valerian Mascarenhas of Puttur, Parish Priest of Panja Church Rev. Fr Anil Lobo, Assistant Professor of PG Studies in Commerce Rev. Fr Sunil George D’Souza, Parish Priest of Bannur Church Rev.
