St Philomena College Puttur to hold Annual Celebrations on March 2, 3rd

Puttur: Annual celebrations of St Philomena College Puttur will be held on March 2 and 3, 2020 in college quadrangle.

‘Prathibha’ – Prize distribution programme will begin at 9.30 am on the first day. The Vice Chancellor of Mangalore University Prof. P S Yadapadithaya will participate as the chief guest. The Editor-in-Chief and Managing Director of Daijiworld Mr Wallter Nandalike and Principal of St Philomena PU College Rev. Fr Vijay Lobo will participate as the guests of honour. The Correspondent of the College Very Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto will preside.

 

The College Day celebration will begin at 9.30 am on the second day. The Director of St Anthony’s Charity Institutions, Mangalore Rev. Fr Onil D’Souza and Managing Director of Advanced Technical Services Co. W.L.L. and Associated Technical Services Co. W.L.L., Qatar Mr M Ravi Shetty will participate as chief guests. The Correspondent Very Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto will preside.

The Campus Director Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Principal Prof. Leo Noronha, President of PTA Mr Ammanna Rai, President of Alumni Association Mr A. J Rai, President of Students’ Council Mr Nithin H R, Secretary Mr Abdul Razak and Joint Secretary Ms Sujhna S Rai will participate.

On this occasion, the faculty who attain superannuation, rank winners, NCC achievers and sports achievers will be honoured. The cultural programme will be held in the afternoon on both the days.
