St Philomena PU College Puttur holds District level competitions

Puttur: St Philomena Pre-University College Puttur will organize One day District level competitions ‘Pratibha - 2016’ for High School students on September 14, 2016 in college auditorium.

This competition consists of Clay Modeling, Quiz, Science Model, Folk Dance, Best out of Waste, Pencil Sketch, Product Launching, Seminar Presentation and Collage Making.

The inaugural ceremony will be held at 9.30am. Prof. Vivek Ranjan Bhandary, Campus Director, Vivekananda College of Engineering, Puttur will inaugurate and participate as the chief guest. Prof. Leo Noronha, Principal, St Philomena College Puttur and Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Campus Director and Chairperson for PG Studies, St Philomena College Puttur will participate as the guests of honour. Very Rev. Fr Gerald D’Souza, Secretary, Catholic Board of Education, Mangalore will preside.

The Valedictory and Prize Distribution ceremony will be held at 3.30pm. Mr. Oswald Rodrigues, Head Master, St Philomena High School, Puttur will participate as the chief guest. Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro will preside.

Rev. Fr Vijay Lobo, Principal and Mr. Prashanth Bhat P, Chief Coordinator anticipates the participation of more than 25 teams in various events.

This competition consists of Clay Modeling, Quiz, Science Model, Folk Dance, Best out of Waste, Pencil Sketch, Product Launching, Seminar Presentation and Collage Making.

The inaugural ceremony will be held at 9.30am. Prof. Xavier D’Souza, Principal, Govt First Grade College for Women, Puttur will inaugurate and participate as the chief guest. Prof. Leo Noronha, Principal, St Philomena College Puttur and Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro, Campus Director and Chairperson for PG Studies, St Philomena College Puttur will participate as the guests of honour. Very Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto, Correspondent, St Philomena College Puttur will preside.

The Valedictory and Prize Distribution ceremony will be held at 3.30pm. Rev. Fr Rithesh Rodrigues, Assistant Professor, PG Dept of Commerce, St Philomena College will participate as the chief guest.

Rev. Fr Vijay Lobo, Principal and Mr. Prashanth Bhat P, Chief Coordinator anticipates the participation of more than 500 students from nearly 40 High Schools.
