Taize prayer held at St Dominic Church hall, Ashoknagar

Mangaluru: ICYM Episcopal city deanery in collaboration with ICYM Ashoknagar unit organized taize prayer at St Dominic Church Hall, Ashoknagar.

ICYM Episcopal city deanery president FrentonIrol D’Souza, Cascia welcomed the gathering. The taize prayer was led by ICYM Mangaluru diocesan director ‘Yuva Spoorthi’ titled Fr Ronald Prakash D'Souza, Ajekar along with ICYM Central Council general secretary Joel Emmanuel Concessao, Milagres and Ancita D'Souza, Cordel.

Taize prayer was a unique way to worship God and it was a graceful experience for the youth of the Ashoknagar unit along with youth of Episcopal city deanery as well the youth of other deanery of Mangaluru diocese and the parishioners of Ashoknagar.

Denzil Pereira of Blue Angels Choir was in-charge for the music ministry. Fr Aquin Noronha, parish priest, St Dominic Church, Ashoknagar as well Fr Ronald Prakash D’Souza, Ajekar thanked all the participants who were responsible for the great success of the taize prayer. ICYM Episcopal city deanery director Fr Roshan D'Cunha, Bendore, were present. As many as 95 participants took part in the divine experience.
