Hebri: A Tempo Traveller vehicle suffered a brake failure and zoomed forth after ramming against the check post barricades near the Someshwara check post in Hebri on Tuesday morning. The vehicle was proceeding towards the district from Agumbe Ghat.
The check post barricades were erected by the officials in the wake of elections and inspection of vehicles was on as usual when the mishap took place creating a panicky situation. However no one was injured in the accident which was even captured on CCTV camera.
The driver of the vehicle made sure no one else on the road was harmed due to the freak mishap.
