Thanks giving Mass held at St Philomena College Puttur

Puttur: “Let us be grateful to God for all that he has done to us” said Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro during the Holy Mass, celebrated on account of the College Day Celebrations of St Philomena Pre University College Puttur.

“God has done mighty things here in Philomena Campus. Now it is our turn to do our best in the society by being the light and the salt of the earth” he said during the homily.

St Philomena Pre University College celebrates college day on 1st of December. On account of this thanks giving mass was held on 30th of November. All the catholic students of the college took part in the Holy Mass. Principal Rev. Fr Vijay Lobo welcomed and thanked the gathering. Sherman Baptist and group prepared the liturgy of the Mass.

Brother Ronson led the choir with melodies singing. DCA group animators Mrs. Noveline D’Souza, Mrs. Shilpa Rodrigues and Mrs. Philomena Monteiro were present on the occasion. After the Mass refreshments was served to all the students of the college.
