Thieves steal four tyres of Scorpio in Kolya

Mangaluru: Thieves have stolen four tyres of a Scorpio which was parked near the Kolya Sharadakatte. The vehicle belonging to Kolya’s businessman Lingappa Poojary and was parked in front of his house adjacent to the National Highway.

The thieves who detached the tyres and discs have made the vehicle stand on stones on all four sides before escaping! This incident has shocked the locals.

There has been several such thefts in the area in the recent past. Two weeks ago a few locals had trapped a duo which was stealing battery and diesel from a mini lorry. Police have registered a case.
