Thousands gathered to pay home homage to the 5 little kids of Trasi tragedy

Kundapur: June 23: The funeral ceremony of 5 children Calista Olivera, Calisha Olivera, Alvita Olivera, Ancita Olivera and Delwin Lobo, the victims of gruesome accident that took place on June 21st morning, was held at Immaculate Conception Church Gangolli. Very Rev Dr. Isac Gerald Lobo, the bishop of Udupi Diocese conducted the religious rites.

 

 

 

Parents, family members and all the people were weeping endlessly. People paid their last respects with teary eyes.

Rev Fr Anil D’souza gave the message. Rev Fr Albert Crasta, parish priest of Gangolly paid homage. Gerald Crasta the vice president of the church committee paid homage on behalf of the parishioners.

Thousands of people were present during this occasion. Religious sisters, political leaders, Udupi MP Shobha Karndlaje, MLC Ivan Dsouza and other dignitaries were also present.
