Truck rams into an Omni van

Udupi: A truck rammed into an Omni van, killing a temple priest of Shree Gurunarasimha temple in Saligrama on November 21, Monday. The deceased is Ramachandra Adiga (53). He is survived by his wife and two children.

Ramachandra Adiga was on his way home after the Maha puja at Shree Gurunarasimha temple in Saligrama. A speeding truck rammed into Adiga’s van, when he was crossing the road. He was gravely injured and was rushed to Manipal Hospital but he breathed his last on the way .

A case has been registered in Kota police station.
