University Evening College student Preethesh Kumar's movie 'Dark Pain' secures 1st place

Mangaluru: Preethesh Kumar of second BA of University Evening College, here secured first place in Short Movie Competition for his short movie 'Dark Pain'.

The competition was organised jointly by Udupi district police, Working Journalists Association, Udupi and Press Club, Udupi.

The competition was organised in connection with 'Say No to Drugs', a month long campaign by the organisers.

Preethesh Kumar received the award from superintendent of police of Udupi district, Laxman Nimargi in the valedictory programme of 'Say No to Drugs' held recently at Jagannatha Auditorium of Badagabettu Credit Co-Operative Society Udupi.
