Vikas PU College organises health awareness programme

Mangaluru: Vikas PU College organised a health awareness programme for the overall well-being of their employees and students on Saturday, July 14 at its campus.

The pathway to a more sustainable future for all human beings include access to the basic building blocks of good health, good nutrition, water, and immunization,” said Dr Naveen Uppara, health specialist from Bengaluru.

He spoke about the adulteration and its ill effects on human body and also guided the participants about the elements of the nutritious diet, present day need for supplements etc.

Dr D Shripathi Rao, correspondent, Vikas PU College, welcomed the gathering. Prof T Rajaram Rao, principal, teaching and non-teaching staff members of Vikas PU College, were also present.
