Mangaluru: A Karnataka violin recital by Vidwan Kumaresh R was held at the cultural auditorium of Valachil Expert Pre-university college here.
The programme was held in the participation of Spic Macay Mangaluru chapter. The music that commenced with a touch of spirituality made the students bathe in a mood of feelings. Vidwan Harikumar and Vidwan T Krishnaswamy cooperated in tabla and ghatam.
Expert group of institutes president Professor Narendra L Nayak and vice president Usha Prabha Nayak presented mementos to the artistes and honored them.
Expert education institute's director of information technology Ankush N Nayak, trustee Rafik Khan and principal Dr N K Vijayan were present.
Students conducted a dialogue with the artistes later. Students Suhas Udupa welcomed the gathering. Adlin Ria Braggs thanked everyone.
