WORKSHOP ON RESPONDING TO STRESS FOR THE III B.Com STUDENTS

The Department of Commerce, St Agnes College ( Autonomous) organized a workshop for the III B.Com Students on 16 December 2019 in the A4. Mr Ankith S Kumar was the resource person for the session.

Ms Ainish D’cunha of III B.Com A welcomed the gathering. Mr Ankith S Kumar began the session with a warm up. He spoke about how to respond to stress and enjoy the little things in life. He explained the different types of stress. He helped the students understand the difference between chance and choice and made students analyze the level of happiness in various fields of life. He linked the concept of health and anger.

The orientation programme helped the students’ to deal with stress and anger. Ms Rashika Mariam delivered the vote of thanks
