Woman ends life in front of BJP leader’s house

Belthangady: In a tragic incident, a woman chose to end her life by consuming poison in front of a BJP leader’s house on Wednesday.

The woman has been identified as Lakshmi from Belthangady. She had arrived near the leader Obbayya Gowda’s house on Wednesday late night and consumed poison. It is not known as to what led the woman to such an extreme step.

Dharmasthala Police have registered a case. It is being alleged that there the leader is involved in some spat, which led to this. Investigation is going on.
