Workshop on Zumba

St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, organized a Workshop on Zumba on 9 August 2023. The workshop was facilitated by Mr Shashank Rao, a Zumba instructor from Zeus Fitness Club, Mangaluru.

 

The event commenced with a warm welcome extended by Mariam, a student from II B.C.A., to the esteemed guests and participants. The workshop commenced with an invigorating warm-up exercise. The instructor skillfully guided the students through various dance routines set to different musical beats, emphasizing the importance of maintaining physical fitness.

Gracing the occasion, Sr Dr M. Venissa A.C., Principal of St Agnes College (Autonomous) Mangaluru, presented a memento to Mr Shashank Rao, expressing gratitude for his contribution. Mansi Shetty from II B.B.A. proposed the vote of thanks. The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 200 students representing diverse academic streams.
