Femina Miss India 2015: Aditi Arya Wins the Crown: Aafreen Rachel Vaz of Mangalore is Femina Miss India 2015 runner-up

Mumbai (IBN): Delhi girl Aditi Arya was crowned as the new Miss India in a star studded event in Mumbai on Saturday night. Aafreen Rachel Vaz and Vartika Singh came second and third respectively in the beauty pageant.

The event, which took place in Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai saw celebrities like John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Manisha Koirala, Abu Jani and Sandip Khosla, Shilpa Shetty and Sonali Bendres judging the contestants. There were also some grand performances by Jacqueline Fernandez, Shahid Kapoor and Meet brothers.

Aditi, who hails from Delhi and works as a research analyst in a firm, will now represent India in the Miss World pageant.

Aafreen Rachel Vaz is Femina Miss India 2015 runner-up, Vartika Singh announced second runner-up.

Miss India 2015 Aditi Arya will represent India at Miss World 2015; first runner-up Aafreen Rachel will participate at Miss International 2015, while the second runner-up Vartika Singh will take part at the Miss Grand International beauty pageants.
