Mumbai, (PTI) Filmmaker A R Murugadoss feels this year's National Awards were biased and few members of the jury were partial.
"#NationalAwards. Can clearly witness the influence & partiality of people in jury, it's biased," Murugadoss posted on Twitter.
After the National Film Awards were announced, which saw Akshay Kumar winning the best actor honour, many took to social media to slam the results.
Some felt that Akshay won the award because of his close proximity with Priyadarshan, who was the chairperson of the feature film section for the National Film Awards.
