Priyanjali Rao performed solo at London and at The Hague in Netherlands

Priyanjali Rao, an ex student of Arya Vidya Mandir, Bandra W and currently a 12th standard student of HR college of Commerce & Economics is learning dance from Guru Smt Revathi Srinivasraghavan of Nrityaranjani Fine Arts Academy, Kandivli E, Mumbai. She recently performed solo at London and at The Hague in Netherlands. The program in London was graced by the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of East London. The audience which were mainly Indian expats were left spellbound and enjoyed every dance performance of hers. This trip has been her first major international dance performance apart from Dubai where she went for a dance competition in December 2013 and won the second prize.

 

She also performed solo at the Godrej Dance Theatre, NCPA, Mumbai for AAVEG - the Best of Mood Indigo 2014 conducted by IIT Bombay on 28th June '15. This event was a platform for all prize winners who won during the Mood Indigo 2014 competition held in December last year. In the classical dance field, Priyanjali won the 3rd prize from amongst 70 contestants from all over India.
