Producer Vijay Valbhnai, Sonu jain is all set to make a film on Indian army’s surgical strike in Pakistan occupied Kashmir that was carried out after the September 2016 Uri terror attacks. Titled Surgical Strike, Under the Banner of Crystal Movies. The film directed by Suzad Iqbal Khan and written by Sagar Nath Jha and Abinash Singh Chib. Deepraj Rana, Mir Sarvar, Lakha Lakhwinder Singh,Jimmy Sharma, Sanjay Singh, Amit Pathak and Vedita Pratap Singh will be playing an army officers in the movie. Indian army carried out surgical strikes across the Line of Control dismantling camps in PoK. After years of terror strikes supported by Pakistan, the Indian Army has hit back with a textbook surgical strike that caused heavy casualties including many Pakistani soldiers, and destroyed a camp. A team of army soldiers carried out the operation after getting a go ahead from the government.“It’s an honour to execute on this vision and what we believe is an engaging and thrilling story inspired by this true life incident”, Added Producer Sonu Jain.
Producer Vijay Valbhnai said, “Indian Army had many sub tactical strikes but this mission is one of the most successful Ground mission till now. Apart from the thriller mission there is the basic life of these brave soldiers during the mission how bravely they made it possible and how strong the Indian Army is. The film has completed it’s one month shooting schedule in Kashmir now we are on under post production very soon we will come with final copy.”
The film is all set to hit the theatre beginning of next year
