91st Branch of Bharat Bank was opened at Hiranandani Gardens - Powai

Mumbai, June 11: The Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Ltd., opened its 91st branch on Friday morning at Daffodil Building, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. The Executive president, Mr Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the bank by cutting the ribbon.

Suvarna Baba-Trustee of the Shri Mahashesha Rundamalini Temple of Panchakuteera Powai and Jayarama N Shetty-the executive president of S M Shetty Educational Institution Committee of Bunt’s Sangh Mumbai inaugurated the new branch by lightining the lamp. Advocate Rohini J Salian-Vice executive president inaugurated the ATM service and senior director Pushpalatha N Salian inaugurated the locker services and wished good luck.

 Prabhakara L Shetty-the president of Bunts sangha Mumbai, CA Shankar B Shetty, Bolnaduguthu Chandrahasa Rai, CA Pravin B Shetty, Rathnakara Shetty Mundkur, Ravindranatha Bhandary and others were present. A deposit of 2 Crores from S.M.Shetty Educational Institution was handed over to Jaya Suvarna.

In his blessings Suvarna Baba said, “When it comes to Bharat Bank, we felt that it is our bank. There is a close relationship between us. More than a financial transaction, this bank developed greately by cordial relationship. Let this bank progress even more”.

Branch head Mohan K Karkera, Asst. manager Sandya D Pujary, Lohith Kotian, Neha Amin, Nathasha D’souza, K Sankesh were honored with bouquets.

Asst.General Manager Suresh S Salian, Vidyanand S Karkera, Prabhakar G Suvarna, Naveenchandra S Bangera, Vishwanath G Suvarna, development board officers-Sunil Gujaran, Vijaya Palan, sharehoders, local customers and wellwishers were present and wished goodluck.

Ulluru Shekhar Shanthi and Ulluru Dhananjaya Shanthi conducted the Vaasthupuja, Vaasthubali, Ganahoma, Laxmi-Sathyanarayana Pooja and Dwara pooja and then distributed the theertha prasadam. Sandya Dharmanatha Pujary led the Pooja rituals. Asst. General Manager and development board Chief Mohandas Hejmady welcomed all, introduced the service features of the bank and conducted the programme. Mohan K Karkera proposed the vote of thanks.
