Billava Sangha Kuwait is organising “Billava Chavadi-2016”, a humble Billava gallery, an open to all event where Tulu comedy drama “Dina Deetiji” will be staged on the 23rd September 2016 at the Cambridge School Auditorium, Mangaf, Kuwait from 4:00 pm onwards.
“Dina Deetiji” is a Tulu comedy drama written by the eminent drama writer, Rakesh BC Road, directed by famed artists Satish Acharya and Praveen Kotian Koddakal. The celebrated musicians Nellu Permanur and Purander Manchi will give the music for the drama. What’s more, the drama casts some of the most admired and loved Kuwait local artists, Lucy Lobo Aranha, Johnson D’Almeida, Satish Acharya, Praveen Kotian Koddakal, Purander Manchi and our beloved Manoj Bangera along with other talented Billava local actors.
The guest artists from Mangalore Rakesh BC Road, Nellu Permanur and Manoj Bangera have already arrived to Kuwait in advance and started rehearsals in order to outshine their drama performances. The “Dina Deetiji’ team is the finest ensemble team in Kuwait to deliver comedy punches and keep the audience in spirits all through.
The Chief Guest for the event Honourable Shree Jaya C. Suvarna – Chairman of Bharat Bank and All India Billava Federation along with the Guest of Honour Shree Raj Shekar Kotian – Producer, Director, Actor and Karnataka Movie Award Recipient have agreed to grace the occasion. Billava Sangha Kuwait are privileged to welcome them on their first visit to the State of Kuwait.
