Book releasing function of the Novel “Dragan and Gangajala written by Journalist Srinivas Jokatte

Mumbai, April 18: “Dragan and Gangajala” 23rd book of writer, journalist, Srinivasa Jokatte, published by Shrirama Publications Mandya was released on Saturday evening at Samarasa Bhavana, Karnataka Sangha Mumbai, Matunga (W).

The renowned writer Dr.Sunitha M. Shetty presided over the programme. The famous poet, writer Mohan Nagamma was present as the chief guest on the occasion and released the book.

M. D. Rao – the Treasurer, Dr.Bharath Kumar Polipu, Omdas Kannangar – the Honorary Secretary of Karnataka Association, Jayalakshmi Srinivas were present and Durgappa Koti reviewed the book.

Nikhitha Anchan recited the prayer. Omdas Kannangar –the Honorary Secretary of the Karnataka Association welcomed the gathering and delivered the introductory speech. Dr.Bharath Kumar Polipu compered the programme.

Later, ‘Sahitya Bharathi-Sahitya Chintana-30’ of Karnataka Association was held and Mohan Nagamma gave a lecture on ‘Nanna kavithe nanu kandanthe’
