MUMBAI IS THE MAIN BASE TO PRESERVE CULTURE: SUBHRAMANYA SHRI

Mumbai, July 04: Foundation stone laying ceremony for renovation of Shrikrishna Temple and Gokula Building was held on Sunday.

Shri Vidhyaprasanna Teertha Swamiji of Subhramanya Mutt, Shri Shri Vishweshateertha Swamiji of Pejawar Mutt, Udupi, Shri Vidhyadheesha Swamiji of Palimar Mutt, Udupi, Shri Kuladevi Prasad Asranna- Priest of Shri Kshetra Kateel laid foundation stone and expressed their views in this occasion.

The program was held in the presidency of Dr. Suresh S. Rao Kateel- the President of BSKB Association and the Chairman of Gopalkrishna Public Trust. Palimaru Shri inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp.

Various Bhajan teams of Mumbai performed bhajan programs since morning. Bhuvaraha Yaaga and other poojas were performed by Vidvan Pernankila Haridas Bhat, Vidhvan S.N. Udupa, Gururaj Udupa and Krishnaraj Upadhyaya.
