Inauguration of 88th Branch of Bharat Bank at Kandivili (East)

Mumbai, May 10: The 88th branch of Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Ltd., was inaugurated on Monday morning at Shri Mira Co-operative Housing Society building, opposite to Akurl5 industrial Estate, Kandivli (E). The Executive-president, Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the new branch by cutting the ribbon. 

 Raguram K Shetty (Belgam), the trustee and director of Avenue group of hotels, was present as the chief guest. G T Poojary-the president of Chitrapu Billava Sangha and vice-president of Kandivli local committee of Billawara association Mumbai, inaugurated the branch by lighting the lamp. Advocate Rohini J Salian, the vice-executive president inaugurated the ATM service, the senior director Pushpalatha N Salian, inaugurated the locker service and C R Mulky, the chief executive officer inaugurated the computerized services and wished good luck.

“Trust is the security of a bank. The Bharat bank is a proof for this. It is encouraging the lower class people to cultivate the habit of savings. This bank has built the future of millions of people and this bank is a pride of co-operative banking sector. The key behind the progress of this bank is its unmatchable service. Let the bank develop more and let more people be benefitted from its service”- Raghuram Shetty expressed his views.

G T Poojary, said that “equivalent and open minded service is the speciality of Bharat bank. We feel proud to see the achievement of this bank. The 88th branch of this bank is a milestone of the customer security”.

Industrialist P G Charaya shared his experience with the bank. Vinay Kumar the owner of the building, Shankar K Suvarna, Khar-the senior social worker and Santhosh K Poojary Malad, Kanika V Kumar, CA Vinay Devi, Suresh Kumar Jain - expressed their views and wished good luck to the new branch.

The executive president Jaya C Suvarna, Rohini Salian, Managing director and chief executive officer C R Mulky, the directors-U S Poojary, R D Poojary, K B Poojary, Ashok M Kotian, Jyothi K Suvarna, Formar directors N M Sanil, Shankar D Poojary, M N Karkera honarary president of Chembur local committee of Billawara Association Mumbai, the general manager Anil Kumar R Amin, Senior Manager Shobha Dayanand, Nithyananda D Kotian were present during the occasion and honored Arun S Suvarna-the chief of the new branch,Jayashri Amin- the Asst.manager, Lathika Thonse, Saiprasad Pongurlekar, Kiran shettigar and Mahesh Kotian were present.

During this occasion, social workers- Gopal Anchan, Shridhar Salian, Premanath B Kotian, Umesh N Surathkal, Sadananda Poojary, R S Kotian, Suresh Suvarna Andheri, Vital R Poojary and Jayakar Shetty were present. Vice General Manager Navinchandra Bangera, Asst.General Manager Dr Dhananjaya Kumar, Senior Manager Vasantha Salian, development board officers Sunil Gujaran, Vijaya Palan, the hundres of customers, shareholders and well-wishers were present.

Ulluru Dananjay Shanthi conducted the Vasthu Pooja, Sathyanarayana Pooja and Dwara Pooja. Gangadhara Kallady distributed the theertha prasadam. Chaya Arun Suvarna couple led the pooja rituals. DGM and development board Chief- Mohandas Hejmady welcomed all, introduced the guests and service features of the bank and conducted the programme. Jayashri Amin proposed the vote of thanks.
