EXIHIBITION OF ‘LEKKA THATHI BOKKA’ DRAMA BY VIJAYA ARTISTS TEAM, KINNIGOLI

Mumbai, October 5: “The world’s first Tulu Chavadi established by Tulu Association Baroda will be inaugurated on 11.10.16 Tuesday on theauspicious occasion of Vijayadashami. The programme will be inaugurated with the blessings of Dr. D. VeerendraHegde – the Trustee of Shri KshetraDharmastala, at India Bulls Megha Mall, near Dinesh Mill. Baroda” – said Shashidhar B. PramodMadhwaraj – the Karnataka State Fisheries and Sports Minister will be present as the chief host, V. Sunil Kumar – MLA, Karkala, Bharath Danger – the Mayor of Vadodra, M. Janaki Brahmavar – the President of Karnataka Tulu Literature Academy, Advocate Harish Poonja – the President of BJP, Dakshina Kannada District, Dr. Dinesh Renjala – the Co- Editor of Udayavani Daily Mumbai version, KarnireVishwanath Shetty – the Former President of Bunts Association, Mumbai, DaddangadiChelladkaKusumodharDeranna Shetty (K.D. On thisoccasion, Dayananda Bontra will release the book “SukhadaGuttu” of S. K. Haleyangadi. SrinivasaJokatte – the Co-Editor of Karnataka Malla Kannada daily will give a review on the book.

Also, the annual festival Puddar (Harvest Festival) will be celebrated. Members and children of the association will present cultural and entertainment programmes. Vijaya artists, Kinnigoli team will exhibit the drama “LekkaThathiBokka”.
