M. Chandrashekar Suvarna – the Executive President of Sports Committee informed that Jaya C. Suvarna – the President of Rashtriya Billawa Maha Mandala, Mulky, Executive President of Bharat Bank and the Honorary President of Billawa Sports Committee will be presiding over the function and Ramesh Kumar –the Director of Deepa Comforts Mangalore will be inaugurating the tournament. Vasudeva R. Kotian –the Director of Billawa Association Mumbai, the Director and former Executive President of Bharat Bank will be hoisting the flag. The special prize winner for the year 2014,Tulu film,”Brahmashri Narayana Guruswami” produced and directed by Rajashekara R. Kotian will be exhibited at the evening.

Ganesh A. Bangera of G. B. Construction will be present as chief guest of the inauguration ceremony. Sairam – the President of Shri Gokarnanath Kshetra Kudroli, Ashok M. This tournament has been organised in the intent to combine all Billawa people residing all over the world.
