Mumbai, May 23: Koota Mahajagathu Saligrama ® Mumbai celebrated 7th annual Gurunarasimha Jayathi on Friday 20.05.2016 at Gokula Auditorium, BSKB Association, Sion (W).

After performing Pooja at Gokula, the other Pooja rituals were performed under the guidance of Vedamurthy Narasimhaiah. During the occasion Narasimha homa, Mangalarathi pooja were performed and theerthaprasadam was distributed to the devotees. Vedamurthy Prasanna Mayya performed Ganahoma and Vedamurthy Janardhana Mayya performed Kalasha Pooja. Krishna Mayya co-operated to the Pooja rituals. Ramesh M. Rao and Smt. Vanitha Ramesh led Pooja rituals.

On the occasion, Dr. Vysaraya Ninjur – the editor of “Gokula” of BSKB Association and other dignitaries were present.

Vasudev Aithal – Sanskrit investigator at IIT Mumbai institution, gave information through audio visual about Vedic knowledge.

U. N. Aithal – the President of Koota, P.V. Aithal –the Vice President, P.C. N. Rao – the editor of “Guru Narasimhavani”, Deepak Karanth – the Treasurer, Executive Committee members H. K. Karanth, Ramesh M. Rao, N. Narayana Rao were present at the dais.

Large number of devotees, members of the institutions participated in programme and they recited the Bhajan and devotional songs. Narayana Murthy and group performed the rasamanjari. P. Narayana Rao, Mayur Rao, Hemachandra Ermal participated in the musical programme. Members and children of the institution presented cultural programmes. With Mahamangalarathi the programme was concluded.
