Peliciana Saldanha Passed Away

Mumbai, May 28: Mrs. Peliciana Lawrence Saldanha (67), wife of retired Traffic Police officer of Mumbai Police department, a legend of Konkani Music world, “Lawrence night” famed Tulu, Kannada, Marati and English orchestra singer, “Konkani Kheer” awardee Lawrence Saldana (Siddakatte-Bantwala), passed away on Saturday May 21st at Chandraganga Hospital, Mulund (E).

 

The deceased was resided at Neelima apartrment at Jungle-Mangal road, Bhandup (W) and is survived by husband Lawrence Saldanha, Son (Roshan Saldanha), daughter-in-law (Sonali), grandson (Shanan) and a lot of friends and relatives.

The funeral was held on the same day evening at Holy Trinity Church, Povai. The friends and relatives were present and offered the homage.
