Mumbai, Feb. 05: Sathya Vinayaka Vruth and Dhanwantari (Modaka) Havan- a religious program was performed on Sunday at Shri Rama Mandir, Dwarakanath Bhavan, Wadala.

In the occasion, Dhanwantari Havan was performed in the morning, and Poornahuti, Maha Mangalarati were performed in the afternoon. Havan was concluded with the distribution of Prasadam. Vedamurthi Sudhama Anantha Bhat- priest, performed various religious and cultural pooja and blessed the devotees.

Vedamurthi Mohandasa Acharya, Vedamurthi Ananth Bhat, Vedamurthi Govinda Acharya co-operated in performing the pooja. Narasimha S. Pal and Padma Narasimha Pal- chairman of GSB Ganeshotsava Committee, took initiative of the program.

In this sacred event, His Holiness Shrimad Vidyadhiraja Teertha Shripada Vader Swamiji and his successor Shrimad Vidhyadeesha Teertha Swamiji of Shri Samsthana Gokarna Patragali Jeevothama Mutt, Goa performed pooja and blessed the devotees.

G. S. Bhat- president of Shri Rama Mandir Mumbai Committee, Anmol V. Pai- Secretary, Shantarama A. Bhat- Treasurer, Mukund Kamath- Secretary of GSB Ganeshotsava Committee, Rajeev Shenoy- Treasurer, Umesh Pai, Gurudutt Nayak, other office bearers- Justice M. V. Kini, Geeta R. Pai, Rashmi Saran, women wing and hundreds of devotees were present at the program.

Narasimha N. Pal welcomed the gathering. Ullas D. Kamath- general secretary of Shri Rama Mandir Wadala Mumbai Committee, compered the program and proposed the vote of thanks. Later Digvijayotsava was celebrated with a grand scale procession.
