Selection of New Office Bearers for the Term 2017-20 of Bunts Association Mumbai

Mumbai, Nov.3: 89th annual general meeting of Bunts association Mumbai was held on Monday at Smt. Radhabai Timmappa Bhandari Auditorium, Kurla (E). The program was held in the presidency of Prabhakar L. Shetty. In the annual general meeting, selection of presidents for the term 2017-20 was held.

The members of the general assembly elected Padmanabha S. Payyade as the 29th President, Ranjani Sudhakar Hegde as the president of women’s wing, Sharath Vijay Shetty as the president of youth wing. Justice D.K. Shetty took up the selection process and announced the results. Prabhakar L. Shetty- Present President, Latha Jayaram Shetty- president of women’s wing and Vivek V. Shetty- president of youth wing offered bouquets to the newly elected members and congratulated them.

Padmanabha S. Payyade: Padmanabha Payyade belonging to Bantwal Taluk, is the son of Sheena Payyade and Kuriyalaguttu Girija Payyade couple. And the brother of Late. Ramanath Payyade, well-known businessman. Payyade pursued his primary education in Kandavara (Kaikamba) and Higher primary education in Gurupura board high school. And he is the Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Initially he was employed in banking sector, later he moved towards business and managed to be the successful businessman. He is the Managing Director of Payyade group of hotels, presently he is the chairman of Payyade Co-operative Credit Society. Presently he owns Swapna veg restaurant in Malad, Mumbai, Sarovar Restaurant, Payyade Residency, Payyadey’s Kuber Hotel in Udupi, Payyade Grand Hotel in Bangalore.

He is rendering his service as the honorary president of Malad Kannada Association and also, he rendered his service as office bearer of Ahaar Institution, vice-president of higher education committee, founder president of Jogeshwar-Dahisar regional committee bunt’s association. He resides in Kandivali, Mumbai, with his wife Malini Payyade and daughters Divya Pradha Shetty Deeksha Aditya Shetty.

Ranjani Sudhakar Hegde: She is the daughter of Badagubettu Hosamane Late Hiriyanna Hegde and Kananjaaru Jalaja Shetty Couple. And she is the wife of Sudhakar Hegde- Chairman of Tunga group of hotels and the former president of Bunt’s Association. She leads a peaceful life with two sons and a daughter.

Sharath Vijay Shetty: He is the upcoming businessman and the son of Kadandale Ullnadka Vishalakshi Shetty and Katapady Mudubettuguttu Vijay Deju Shetty. He was the former president of youth wing of Kurla-Bhandup regional committee bunt’s association and also, he is functioning as the joint treasurer of the committee. He resides in Chembur with his wife Shilpa S. Shetty and son Aransh.
