Mumbai, August, 19: “The First branch of Bhart Bank was inaugurated in 1978. Haashu Advani Parasraam, The Former finance minister of Maharashtra state had inaugurated the first branch by lighting the lamp. After that, this bank has progressed with honesty and equality. This bank has achieved a distinct status by following the rules and regulation of co-operative sector and attained a good name from RBI. This is the key point behind success and obtaining the license for opening of 100th branch of Bharat Bank” said Jaya C Suvarna, the executive president of the Bank.
Mr. Suvarna was speaking in a press meet arranged to share the happy moments of opening of 100th branch and Founder’s day celebration of Bharat Bank, at Ami Jharokha building of I C Colony, Borivili (W) on Wednesday..
The inaugural celebration of 100th branch and Founder’s day will be celebrated on 21st August Sunday morning at 9.00 AM, at Yogi Auditorium of Narayana Mandir, Dadar(E). B Janardhana Pujary- the former Finance and Rural development minister will be present as chief guest, Gopala C Shetty- the MP of Borivili constituency, Vinaya Kumar Sorake- the former MP and MLA of Kaup, Kota Shrinivasa Pujary- member of legislative council will be present as honorable guests. In this programme 7 presidents, 30 former directors, 4 chief executive officers, Nithyananda D Kotian-the president of Billawas Association Mumbai, N T Pujary -the president of Billawa Jagruthi Balaga, Navin Bhandodkar -the president of Bhandary Community, one customer, one current account customer will be honored. This will become a grand and memorable function-said C R Mulky.
