“The divine places which serve peace is at Nerul”: Odiyuru shree

Mumbai, January 23: “Ayyappa is the God of harmony. We feel happy to see the liveliness on the faces of devotees.There are so many places in Nerul that serve peace and happiness to human life. We should cultivate the religious conciousness to strengthen the spirituality in Nerul. By the support of devotees we succeeded in building a temple here” said Shri Gurudevananda Swamiji, the pontiff of Shri Guru deva datta Samsthanam,Odiyuru.

Odiyuru Shree blessed the devotees after inaugurating the new building of Shri Ganapathi, Ayyappa and Durgadevi of Nerul Shri Manikanta Seva Sangha at Nerul- New Mumbai.

The programme was held on Saturday at the auditorium of the temple under the presidentship of Daddangady Kusumodara D Shetty-the president of Nerul Shri Manikanta Seva Sangha. He inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp and said “we can preseve our Tulu-land only by protecting our culture, heritage and tradition. We should protect our land, our water and our forest. To achieve this, we all should extend our co-operation”

Sudhir V Shetty-the executive director of Charishma Builders was present as a chief guest. Nalin Kumar Kateelu-MP, Mandavathi Mahthre, Prashanth Takur, Sudhakar Sonavane, Shilpa S Kambli, V Jayanth Suthar, Sudhir B Shetty, Raghuram Shetty and Ithape Ravindra Uddhav were present at the dais. Chelladka Bhavani Deranna Shetty announced the name for the meditation centre.

Sudhir Shetty, Nalin Kumar Kateel, Mandathaayi Mahthre, Mayor Sonavane and senior leader M D Shetty expressed their views.

The spiritual programmes were held under the guidance of Guruprasad Bhat Ghansoli. Vidwan Ramachandra Bayari and Veda Murthy Kalathuru Udaya Thantri led the pooja rituals and distributed the theertha prasadam. The musical programme was conducted under the direction of Padmanabha Sasihithlu, the president of Kalasaurabha Mumbai.

During the occasion, Chelladka Daddangady Radhakrishna D Shetty, Kishor Kumar M Shetty, Damodar S Shetty, Sunadara U Pujary, Hari L Shetty, Rajendra Prasad Maada, Sanjeeva N Shetty, Indira S Shetty, Trustee members Ravi R Shetty, Prakash Mahadhik, Harish N Shetty, Mahesh D Patel, Naren Bhai Patel, Ramakrishna S Shetty, Annappa Kotekar, Surendra R Shetty, Nithyananda V Shetty, Sadashiva N Shetty, Mohandas K Rai, Megharaj S Shetty, Suresh R Shetty, Vishvanatha D Shetty and a number of devotees were present .
