Udupi Paduthonse Nityananda D Kotian retired from Bharat Bank

Mumbai, August 31: Mr Nityananda D Kotian, the General Manager of The Bharat Co. Operative Bank Mumbai which is managed by Billawara Association Mumbai, retired from his service.

Mr. Nityananda D Kotian had joined the bank as a Management trainee in 1992 and served in the Bharat bank for about 38 years.

Gujjarabettu Kallainpur, Paduthonse village, Udupi Taluk is the native place of Nityananda D Kotian. He started his profession from a small post and reached to the position of general manager. From 1994 to 1997 he served as a manger in Andheri branch. In 1997 he was transferred to Culina branch and upgraded the banking transactions. From 2003 to 2009 i.e. up to 6 years he served as the branch manager of Vile-parle (E) and in 2009 he was elected as the chief of the development board and gave his selfless service and guidance in the 50 branches of Bharat Bank. After completeing 24 years of career in the banking sector, now he is retiring from his service.

“I am greatful to all Billawa people and office bearers for giving me an opportunity to serve in the differrent posts of Bharat Bank. To me, the service in this bank is a blessing; I was happy to serve here. I received a proper guidance from my role-model Mr. Jaya C Suvarna, encouragement from the management committee and co-operation of my co-worker’s during my tenure. In future also, I will continue my relationship with this bank” said Nityananda D Kotian.

At present, Nithyananada D Kotian has been functioning as a Managing Editor of monthly “Akshaya”. He is also a life time member of Kannadiga Journalists Association and Honorary president of Kondevooru Shri Nithyananda Yogashrama Committee of Mumbai.

Mr Nityananda D Kotian is living at Vakola, Santacruz (E) with wife Shashi and daughter Neesha. Best wishes and happy retired life to him.
