Mumbai (RBI), Jan.26: The Governor of Maharashtra Ramesh Bais hosted the traditional reception and high tea for eminent invitees on the occasion of 75th Republic Day on Friday (26 Jan).

President of United Nations General Assembly Dennis Francis, India’s representative to the United Nations Ruchira Kamboj, Speaker of Legislative Assembly Rahul Narwekar, Deputy Speaker of Legislative Council Dr. Neelam Gorhe, Former Governor Ram Naik, Former Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, MLA Amin Patel, State DGP Rashmi Shukla, Vice Chancellor of SNDT Women's University Dr. Ujwala Chakradev, Vice Chancellor of Maharashtra State Skills University Dr. Apoorva Palkar, film and television personalities Rohit Shetty, Bharat Dabholkar, Sudesh Bhosle, Adnan Sami, Shailesh Lodha, Pehlaj Nihalani and dignitaries from various walks of life were present.
